From there, AutomateNow rebuilt every form in HubSpot, along with associated workflows and thank-you emails, ensuring all data capture and customer journeys remained consistent.

To complete the project, embed codes for the new HubSpot forms were passed to Rightcheck’s web development team, allowing for a single coordinated switch across their website. A firm cutoff date was set, ensuring no confusion or loss of data.
Because of this preparation, all forms and automations continued functioning seamlessly the moment the changeover took place, with no impact to site visitors or inbound leads.
