We've Launched Our New Website and Welcomed Russell Dalgleish
3:41

Today feels like the right kind of milestone.

We've launched our redesigned website, and we're welcoming Russell Dalgleish as our new Non-Executive Director. Both changes represent something we've been working toward for a while: getting clearer about who we are, how we work, and where we're heading next.

Let us walk you through what's changed — and why it matters.

Why we decided to rebuild the website

About a year ago, we started noticing a pattern in the conversations we were having with clients.

Leaders would reach out asking about HubSpot - implementations, integrations, and optimisations. Fair enough. We're a Platinum HubSpot Partner, and we know the platform inside out. But within 20 minutes of talking, the conversation would shift. It stopped being about HubSpot and started being about something deeper: misaligned teams, fragmented data, systems that don't talk to each other, pressure to "do something with AI" without knowing what that actually means.

The real problem wasn't the technology. It was clarity.

Our clients needed to understand what was driving growth and what was blocking it. They needed teams working in the same direction. They needed systems that reflected how their business actually operates, not how someone once configured them. We realised our old website didn't communicate that. It talked about what we do - implementations, migrations, training, but not really why clients come to us or what changes for them when they do.

So we rebuilt it.

The new AutomateNow website reflects the way we actually work with CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams: create clarity first, align people and processes second, then apply technology and AI only where it genuinely helps.

As our Founder and CEO Bart Kowalczyk puts it: "Most organisations don't have a growth problem — they have a clarity problem. Once that's solved, everything else moves faster."

That philosophy now runs through every page of the site.

What you'll find on the new website

We've simplified the structure around how clients actually think about their challenges, not how we organize our services internally.

Here's what's different:

Clearer services: We've organised everything around five core areas - Data Strategy, Customer Journey Design, Customer Journey Implementation, Go-to-Market Strategy, and HubSpot Skills. Each one addresses a specific type of complexity leaders face.

Leadership-focused content: We write for the people we work with — CEOs, founders, senior teams in professional services, technology, media, and finance. People dealing with real operational complexity, not theoretical problems.

Real case studies: Instead of before-and-after screenshots, we show how clarity changed decision-making, adoption, and confidence. The outcomes that actually matter to leaders.

Practical thinking: You'll find guidance on growth strategy, systems alignment, data governance, and AI adoption. Not thought leadership for the sake of it — practical insights from working with organisations like yours.

A proper resource hub: We've built a home for our growing library of insights, events, podcasts, and tools. Everything designed to help you grow with confidence, whether you work with us or not.

The site serves organisations across the UK, Europe, and the US who are navigating complexity and want growth to feel more predictable and less chaotic.

Russell Dalgleish joins us as Non-Executive Director

The website launch coincides with another development we're genuinely excited about: Russell Dalgleish has joined AutomateNow as Non-Executive Director.

We've known Russell for a while. He brings years of experience working with leadership teams across sectors and countries. More importantly, he understands the kind of strategic, senior-level relationships that matter when you're helping organisations navigate real complexity.

In his role, Russell will focus on building those relationships across UK, US, and international markets. He'll support our long-term growth through strategic partnerships, commercial development, and creating sustained opportunities for collaboration. We've reached a point where the clarity of our purpose needs to be matched by the strength and reach of our network. Russell helps us do exactly that — especially for clients operating across borders or in complex, regulated environments.

"AutomateNow has reached an exciting stage in its journey," Russell said. "The clarity of purpose behind this new website reflects the way the team already works with clients. I'm looking forward to supporting the next phase of growth and working on more international projects with everyone."

We're glad to have him on board.

The problems we're solving (in plain terms)

When we talk to clients, we hear the same challenges repeatedly.

Teams are busy but not aligned. Sales, marketing, and service work hard, but they're not moving in the same direction or using the same definitions.

Systems exist but don't work together. HubSpot is there. So is the ERP. So are finance tools, spreadsheets, dashboards. But data is scattered, reporting is unclear, and workflows don't reflect how the business actually operates. Adoption is low. Teams don't fully trust the systems, so they revert to workarounds, manual processes, and spreadsheets. Leadership can't rely on the data for confident decisions.

There's pressure to adopt AI, but no clear strategy. Everyone knows AI should be doing something, but there's no governance, no alignment on where it genuinely creates leverage, and no confidence that it won't make things messier.

Growth feels unpredictable. The business is moving, but it's harder than it should be. Decisions take longer. Forecasts are uncertain. Progress depends too much on individuals, not systems.

Here's what we've learned: these aren't technology problems. They're clarity problems.

Once leadership has clarity on what's driving growth and what's blocking it, everything else moves faster. That's where we start. That's what the new website communicates.

What makes AutomateNow different from typical agencies

We position ourselves as a clarity-first growth consultancy, not a traditional HubSpot agency.

Here's what that means in practice:

We're human-led: We start with people and processes before we touch technology. Systems only work when teams understand them, trust them, and use them. That requires alignment, not just configuration.

We focus on outcomes: We measure success by adoption rates, decision confidence, and business results — not how many workflows we built or dashboards we delivered.

We work at leadership level: We don't just implement what we're told. We work with senior teams to ensure clarity exists before execution starts. Otherwise, nothing sticks.

We stay: Our clients work with us as long-term partners, not project vendors. We embed change that lasts because we care as much about what happens after go-live as before it.

We apply AI strategically: We don't implement AI for the sake of it. We identify where it genuinely creates leverage — and where it doesn't. Governance and intent come first.

Who we work with (and why they choose us)

AutomateNow serves established B2B organisations, typically with £5M–£100M+ revenue, across:

  • Professional Services (consulting, legal, accounting, advisory firms)
  • Technology (SaaS, MarTech, FinTech companies)
  • Media and Communications
  • Finance and regulated sectors

Our typical clients are CEOs, Managing Directors, COOs, CROs, Heads of Revenue Operations, and senior leaders accountable for growth and execution.

They don't come to us looking for tools. They come looking for clarity.

They choose us because we understand the business, not just the platform. Because we speak plainly, without buzzwords or hype. Because we focus on what will actually change for them, not what we're capable of delivering.

And because they want a partner who stays, not a supplier who leaves after the project ends.

What hasn't changed about how we work

Our philosophy remains the same:

We start with clarity, not software configuration. We care more about whether change sticks than whether it gets implemented. We believe growth should feel controlled, not chaotic. And we speak in plain language because that's how real conversations happen.

We're just clearer now about saying all of that out loud.

What comes next for AutomateNow

This website launch and Russell's appointment aren't finish lines. They're markers of where we are now and where we're heading.

Over the coming months, we'll continue:

  • Sharing what we learn about growth, systems, AI adoption, and leadership clarity
  • Building strategic partnerships across the UK, US, and international markets
  • Helping more leaders turn operational complexity into predictable, scalable growth

If you're a business leader dealing with misaligned teams, fragmented systems, or pressure to adopt AI without clear strategy, we'd encourage you to explore the new website.

And if you recognise yourself in any of this, let's talk.
