Junior HubSpot Consultant
Remote (UK-based) | £29,000 to £32,000 DOE
Our team is small and we grow it carefully. We're not recruiting for a specific role at the moment, but the right person can always create an opportunity. Send us your details and we'll be in touch if something fits.
About the role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, likes helping others solve problems, and wants to build a long-term career in digital or CRM consulting.
You must be based in the UK and ideally in Scotland, as we occasionally meet in person for team sessions and client visits. Previous hands-on experience using HubSpot is essential.
We’re looking for someone who is curious about modern digital technology - someone who is comfortable experimenting with new tools, including AI and digital automation, and is keen to understand how technology can make work smarter and more efficient.
Role Responsibility
- Deliver HubSpot onboarding and ongoing support for a diverse range of clients.
- Lead strategic consulting sessions (virtual and in person) to align CRM workflows with business objectives.
- Manage technical setup, data migration, and optimisation projects with precision and clear communication.
- Respond to client queries — both technical and strategic — quickly and accurately.
- Advise clients on how to optimise HubSpot to improve conversions, ROI, and overall operational efficiency.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools within HubSpot — helping clients understand and apply AI features to automate tasks, personalise outreach, and accelerate results.
- Opportunity to develop a portfolio of your own projects and clients independently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging, high-value content — blogs, videos, webinars, reports, and more.
- Use AI tools such as HubSpot Remix and other content automation features to create, repurpose, and scale marketing assets efficiently.
- Conduct customer, competitor, and product research to inform inbound strategies and campaign ideas.
- Propose and execute new inbound marketing initiatives that leverage AI for insight and creativity.
- Develop learning resources to help clients build confidence using both HubSpot and AI-driven marketing tools.
- Co-host our events, exploring topics such as automation, data-driven marketing, and practical AI adoption.
- Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell AutomateNow’s CRM, automation, and AI-related services.
- Support with HubSpot demos for new prospects, showcasing the value of integrated CRM and AI capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer and prospect interactions in HubSpot.
- Follow internal sales and client service processes to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries — including personalised video outreach via tools like Vidyard.
- Prospecting outreach activities using tools like Surfe and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
